1. Journal Entries Are Stored Locally on Your Device

All notes, tags, reflection moods, and preferences you create inside THE SACRED NOTES web app (`/app`) are stored locally inside your own browser storage (`localStorage`). We do not read, collect, or transmit the personal text you write inside your private journal to any external server.

2. Purchase & Billing Information

When you purchase access to THE SACRED NOTES ($9.00 USD one-time payment), your payment is processed securely through our payment partner (Whop / Stripe). We receive only the basic order information required to deliver your access link and provide customer support (your name, email address, transaction ID, and payment timestamp). We never have access to your full credit card details.

3. How We Use Your Contact Information

• To send your immediate product access link and purchase receipt by email.
• To respond to customer support requests, access link recovery, or refund inquiries.
• To comply with applicable tax, accounting, and fraud-prevention obligations.

4. Data Retention & Your Rights

You may clear or export your local journal entries at any time directly inside the Settings tab of the web app. To request access, correction, or deletion of your order contact record, email us at wexorggroup@gmail.com.
